Our approach
We don't try to replace your WMS or ERP. Your system of record stays intact. RFID LedgerOps sits alongside it, ingesting RFID read events from fixed portals and handheld scanners to maintain a last-seen location ledger for every tagged item.
When the ledger disagrees with your baseline\u2014missing units, extra counts, items in the wrong zone\u2014the system surfaces a prioritized exception with the evidence trail: which reads, from which read points, at what times.
Your team resolves each exception with guided steps: a targeted recount task scoped to a specific zone and bin, notes captured at resolution, and an adjustment synced back to the WMS. No spreadsheet triage. No “walk the floor” searching.
